Job Description
- Lead regional mobility operations, including visas, work permits,relocations, andcrossborder compliance.
- Oversee employee transitions, covering offboarding, contract changes, and governance for policydriven decision points.
- Ensure compliance and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with HR, Finance, and external agencies.
- Drive process excellence and digital enablement, improving workflows and leveraging HR technologies tools.
- Lead and develop a highperforming team, fostering continuous improvement, service excellence, and capability building.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Regional Mobility Lead Should Have
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in global mobility and HR operations within a Shared Services or MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of mobility, offboarding, and contract processes
- Experience leading teams in fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with immigration, tax, and regional compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
