Position Overview

Join our Asia GBS organisation as a Regional Management of Change (MOC) Support Specialist today! In this role role, you will be part of the Global Quality team where you will assist to manage and track MOC activities, ensuring timely execution and supporting teams by identifying and removing bottlenecks. You will collaborate closely with technical and plant teams, handle key administrative tasks, and provide valuable insights that contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter MOCs on behalf of technical and plant teams, allowing them to focus on functional work aligned with their competencies and objectives.
  • Monitor MOC progress to ensure timely execution, identify bottlenecks, gather required information, and remind stakeholders to complete their tasks.
  • Guide commercial and cross-functional stakeholders in retrieving information from existing systems when it is not easily accessible.
  • Support stakeholders with SAP transactions that do not require technical expertise or decision-making (e.g., vendor alias, ZQA table for QIR).
  • Generate reports from MOCQuest to highlight process constraints, resourcing bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Provide reporting at site, function, and Regional LT levels.
  • Ensure all MOC documentation is properly archived, stored in the correct repository, and that search and sorting details are accurately updated prior to MOC closure.
  • Track organisational changes that may impact the MOC process (e.g., role changes, staffing updates, role consolidation) and communicate these updates to ensure the system is kept current.
  • Identify and track root causes of delays to support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling administrative tasks is required experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English to effectively communicate with a global organisation and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with database systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
