  • Lead and Own Strategic Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end scoping and execution of high-impact process improvement projects and regional strategic initiatives, including scaling AI-driven automation to maximize operational capabilities.
  • Architect Operational Workflows: Target Operating Model (TOM) design and enhancement of core banking operational processes to ensure scalable growth and a frictionless customer experience.
  • Establish Performance Frameworks: Define, track, and institutionalize key operational performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) across critical regional customer touchpoints, translating data into executive-level insights.
  • Structured Problem Solving: Apply consulting methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, MECE frameworks) to conduct deep-dive root cause analyses, diagnosing structural bottlenecks and implementing systemic fixes.
  • Standardize Regional Governance: Streamline, harmonize, and institutionalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multi-country teams to drive operational consistency and compliance. Drive and manage process improvement projects as well as special strategic initiatives, including AI-driven projects, to strengthen operational capabilities and productivity.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience, with a mandatory background in Financial Services Management Consulting or a premier internal transformation/strategy unit within a corporate bank, is preferred
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing or consulting on Banking Operations projects (e.g., Core Banking, Payments, KYC/AML, Credit Operations, or Cash Management).
  • Digital Transformation: Direct experience leading or delivering digital solutions, process re-engineering, or AI-driven automation initiatives within the financial services sector.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience managing and influencing cross-functional, multi-country stakeholders, effectively bridging the gap between local operations, product, and engineering teams.
  • Communication Style: Exceptional communication, presentation, and structured planning skills, with the ability to articulate complex operational problems to senior leadership.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills combined with a deeply strategic, solution-driven mindset.
  • Agility & Drive: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize high-value workstreams, and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
  • Mindset: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable acting as an entrepreneurial change agent.
