We're looking for a Partnership Marketing, Senior Executive to Assistant Manager to join our SEA Marketing Team by locating in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about overall partnership marketing, eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, and motivated to make an impact in both local and SEA markets.

What You'll Do

Partner Account Management, Pitching & Optimisation:

  • Identify and provide support in establishing meaningful partnerships with new and existing external stakeholders including banks, brands, KOLs and affiliates
  • Communicate regularly with existing partners to propose new collaborative initiatives throughout the year, optimise ongoing campaigns, and renew long-term or tactical arrangements

Campaign Ideation & Execution

  • Conceptualise B2C marketing partnerships / co-branded campaigns targeted at driving incremental sales and profitability, acquiring new and engaging existing users in MY, PH, ID, VN, NA, NZ, AU markets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to bring to life such partner campaigns that mutually benefit all stakeholders
  • See through the preparation and execution of necessary deliverables for such partner campaigns
  • Assist with brainstorms and rollout of quarterly marketing plans together with the SEA Marketing team
  • Manage the implementation, daily tracking, and success measurement of partner campaigns and marketing plans with partner involvement

Data Analysis

  • Assess and optimise the performance of partner campaigns by pulling and analysing relevant data using self-service internal tools such as Tableau
  • Formulate simple models to project the performance of ongoing partner campaigns
  • Work with other internal teams to obtain additional data points that can value-add to partner campaign analysis
  • Use data points to justify opportunities for new initiatives with partners

Affiliate Backlinks

  • Manage and optimise backlinks for Earn traffic
  • Identify and provide support in establishing meaningful partnerships with new and existing external stakeholders for KOLs and affiliates
  • Communicate regularly with existing partners to propose new collaborative initiatives throughout the year, optimise ongoing campaigns, and renew long-term or tactical arrangements

Who You Are

  • Min. 3+ years experience in similar roles
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Degree in Business Management / Communications/ Marketing
  • Attention to detail, good time management, excellent negotiation and communication, independent
  • Strong Microsoft Software including ability to create good powerpoint presentations for executive presentations/dashboarding skills including Tableau
  • Previous experience in Affiliate Management roles a plus (with commercial business acumen)
