Regional Product Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Manager/Assistant Manager

Are you experienced in Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Quality & Compliance or Certification, and ready to take on a regional leadership role

We're partnering with a leading international organisation that is expanding its regional Product Compliance & Regulatory function and is looking for an experienced manager to lead compliance operations across multiple international markets.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and coach a regional Product Compliance team across multiple countries and markets.
• Oversee product compliance, regulatory and certification activities to support timely product launches.
• Partner closely with Buying, Business, Quality, Legal, Operations and other stakeholders on new product launches and compliance requirements.
• Assess and resolve complex product compliance and regulatory issues, providing practical recommendations to the business.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational excellence across regional compliance operations.
• Monitor compliance risks, KPIs and operational performance, while continuously improving team effectiveness and service delivery.

What we're looking for:

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Quality & Compliance, Certification or a related regulated environment.
• Strong people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Experience working with product regulations, certification, testing, quality or regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
• Proven track record in process improvement, operational excellence or strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in consumer products or other regulated industries will be considered.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken, written and reading) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
