We're looking for a Product Line Manager to join our Regional team and take ownership of the development, growth, and strategic positioning of a specific product line.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director and working closely with both Corporate and Local Product Line Managers, this role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Your mission:

• Define and implement a strong market penetration strategy in line with the business development plan
• Drive product line growth and increase market share through coordination with global and local stakeholders
• Provide technical and strategic support to sales teams and participate in key customer interactions
• Lead product launches, oversee technical documentation, and coordinate training initiatives
• Support new product development in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Technical Services
• Supervise and mentor the Local Product Line Management team
• Monitor performance, manage claims, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar technical or sales role within an industrial or multinational company
• Experience in the resilient sector is highly preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and engage with international teams and clients
• A proactive, dynamic, and ethical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
