Job Description

The Channel Product Owner will be responsible to lead teams of Solution Delivery QA Testers and Electronic Banking Support team to ensure TB solutions are implemented end-to-end to corporate and commercial clients. The candidate is involved in system functional testing for all Transaction Banking products over Corporate Internet Banking channel

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Product Development - Lead the development and enhancement of transaction banking products on Corporate banking channels, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Responsible in developing & review User stories, test cases & test results for all major deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, and sales to ensure product alignment and successful implementation. Support Ad-hoc projects like system migration or new system deployment may be assigned to this role and incumbent is expected to lead and support such ad-hoc project
  • Market Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product offering
  • Client Engagement - Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating this into actionable product improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all transaction banking products comply with relevant regulation and industry standards.
  • Operational Efficiency - Optimize operational processes related to transaction banking, including settlement procedures and foreign payment transactions.
  • Performance Monitoring - Monitor product performance, analysing key metrics and making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. Expected to implement using structured project management tools & techniques while managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure solutions are implemented on time and within SLAs
  • Training and Support - Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product and services.
  • Supports Strategic Business Units & GTB Sales staff when technical expertise is required on electronic banking products and solutions, training and support
  • Conducting BAU production issue UAT on periodical basis
