- Management and responsibility for regional RE portfolio (in accordance with the overarching corporate/RE guidelines and rules)
- Location concepts as the basis for RE-driven decisions
- Location analysis/site searches
- Disposal/acquisition projects in close cooperation with RE in Germany
- Management of leases, including negotiation of major new leases, lease extensions and lease terminations
- Identification and implementation of optimization projects
- Project management activities
- Local RE portfolio incl. RE database with controlling, reporting and budget activities
- Approval processes for real estate transactions in accordance with RE governance
- Selection and commissioning of real estate service providers
- Support for regional property/facility management
- Support for M&A activities (RE workstream) in close cooperation with RE Germany
- Support with market value appraisals in close cooperation with RE Germany
- Coordinate with local authorities and external stakeholders on relevant operational and regulatory matters
- University degree or comparable degree with a focus on corporate real estate or business administration or architecture or civil engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context.
- Project management skills for projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in corporate real estate, ideally in all phases of the value chain.
- Experience with global operations and knowledge of different local market conditions/practices.
- Possess Strategic and analytical thinking, Spirit of initiative and results orientation, Self-motivated and pragmatic problem-solving skills, Collaboration, low ego and team orientation.
- Fluent in local language and English.
