About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Area Sales Performance
- Drive regional retail sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor dealer and showroom performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement action plans to enhance productivity and conversion.
- Dealer Network Management
- Manage assigned dealer network to ensure compliance with brand standards, pricing policies, and sales processes.
- Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and provide coaching to Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Sales Advisors.
- Retail Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute regional retail marketing initiatives including showroom events, roadshows, test-drive campaigns, and localized promotions.
- Coordinate with central marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of national campaigns at dealer level.
- Monitor marketing performance (leads, traffic, bookings) and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Sales Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare regional sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and periodic performance reports for management review.
- Track key KPIs such as leads generation, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and conversion rates.
- Customer Experience & Training Support
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand-standard customer experience across all retail outlets.
- Support dealer sales capability development through training coordination and performance coaching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive or retail sales, with dealer management exposure.
- Experience in retail marketing execution and regional campaign management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel frequently within assigned region.
