The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in APAC, aligned with Company objectives
- Define and manage the regional sales, including revenue forecasting, budget allocation, and resource planning to ensure financial targets are met
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, strategic accounts, and market expansion potential across key APAC countries.
- Establish and maintain a data-driven sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business analysis system, providing accurate business insights and decision support to management
- Build, mentor, and lead the APAC sales team. Establish sales processes, KPIs, and a performance-driven culture.
- Establish and oversee rigorous performance management, ensuring the team consistently achieves sales targets and meets all strategic KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications/wireless infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership capacity, with direct responsibility for managing other sales managers or team leaders.
- A strong track record in strategic account development, large deal negotiation, and introducing new wireless technologies to the market.
- Proven Expertise in Key Technologies: Hands-on experience with Wireless Coverage, Small Cell, Private LTE/Private 5G, CBRS/shared spectrum, in-building wireless (IBW), enterprise wireless infrastructure, and/or Fixed Wireless Access (FWA).
- Experience in developing channel ecosystems (SI, VAR, MSP) and expanding sales through partners.
- A robust network and credibility within the telecom infrastructure ecosystem, with prior experience at companies or similar vendors is highly advantageous.
- Extensive experience working in multicultural business environments, proficient in complex collaboration models with multinational corporations, group subsidiaries, and external technology partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel frequently
