Job Description

CNS Worldwide is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer on behalf of an innovative technology company transforming warehousing standards in the pharma and logistics industries.

This is a high-impact regional role offering strong exposure, ownership, and career acceleration across Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute regional sales initiatives across Southeast Asia
  • Support the full sales cycle: technical qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing
  • Translate complex hardware + software solutions into clear business value for clients
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Engage pharma manufacturers, distributors, and warehouse operators across the region
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
  • Provide technical and market feedback to support regional strategy

This is a visible, front-line position with direct impact on regional business development.

Profile

  • Engineering background (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, biomedical, or related field)
  • Experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or B2B industrial environments
  • Comfortable presenting and selling integrated technology solutions
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Proactive, structured, and commercially aware
  • Willing to travel across Southeast Asia
  • Fluent in English (additional Southeast Asian languages are a strong advantage)
