We're looking for a
Regional Sales Executive (K12) to join our growing team in
Malaysia. In this dynamic role, you'll manage and grow partnerships with schools and academic institutions, offering them powerful digital tools that transform classrooms and enhance learning outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with academic institutions across Southeast Asia.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with key decision-makersincluding school leaders, digital transformation teams, and academic staffto help them shape their digital learning strategies using McGraw Hill's suite of products.
- Champion the Customer: Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure high engagement, product adoption, and satisfaction.
- Strategic Account Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through value-added consultative selling and long-term relationship building.
- Lead with Insight: Create and execute impactful sales and marketing plans, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Upskill Educators: Conduct training and onboarding sessions, helping schools get the most out of our digital learning tools.
What You Bring To The Table
- A proven track record in solution-based B2B salesexperience in digital or education-related industries is a big plus.
- Experience working with or selling into academic institutions is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsyou know how to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong digital fluencyyou embrace technology and are quick to learn new platforms.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-drivenable to work independently and go the extra mile.
- Willingness to travel regularly within South East Asia: primarily Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia.
