The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead commercial activities across Southeast Asia, driving growth through distributor management and strategic market development. Reporting to regional leadership, you will play a key role in expanding market presence, managing cross-border stakeholders, and ensuring strong execution across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across Southeast Asia markets
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners
  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
  • Engage with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to drive specifications and opportunities
  • Track and manage project pipelines to ensure consistent conversion
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead and manage a small regional team across multiple countries

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in B2B sales within electrical, engineering, or project-based industries
  • Proven track record in managing distributors or indirect sales channels
  • Exposure to Southeast Asia markets with regional responsibilities
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English for regional communication
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent regional travel
