About the Role
Adecco is partnering up with a fast evolving MNC automotive manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Manager with one of their sub-brands. You will be expected to drive commercial performance and stregthen dealer network execution across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of regional sales targets and dealer management strategies in alignment with HQ objectives.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate sales strategies and field activities to achieve commercial goals.
- Cultivate strong, effective partnerships with dealer groups across the territory to enable mutual business growth.
- Monitor dealer performance, customer journey execution, and operational processesincluding leads, test drives, contracting, and financing.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels across volume, mix, and ageing to support business objectives.
- Analyze market conditions, competition, and regional trends to inform business decisions.
- Lead planning and execution of popup exhibitions, including site selection, materials, installation, and leads collection.
- Build, strengthen, and optimize sales management systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years experience in automotive sales and dealer network management.
- Strong relationships and established networks with dealer groups.
- Excellent communication, planning, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure, think innovatively, and drive initiatives proactively.
- English proficiency as a working language.
