ROLE OVERVIEW - BD & Partnerships Senior Executive

We're looking for a driven commercial hunter who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.

This role sits at the heart of WFH Group's growth - identifying and securing corporate partnerships, brand sponsorships, and high-value commercial opportunities across our portfolio. You'll also contribute to commercial strategy: shaping revenue channels, packaging our brands, and identifying where we should grow next.

This is 80% hunter, 20% strategist - a high-impact role for someone who is energised by pipeline, loves the mechanics of a close, and can represent our brands with confidence at any level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Outbound Hunting: Proactively identify, approach, and secure high-value corporate leads, brand partners, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Own and maintain a structured sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high conversion rates from lead to contract.
  • Deal Negotiation: Structure and close complex commercial deals, including corporate wellness packages, brand activations, and multi-location partnerships.
  • Revenue Innovation: Identify and launch new revenue channels or products that expand the commercial impact of our wellness and social spaces.
  • Pitching & Storytelling: Create compelling decks and proposals that effectively communicate the WFH Group value proposition to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Expansion Support: Support the group's regional scaling by identifying potential new markets and high-value location opportunities.
  • Execution Excellence: Drive sales projects to completion with speed and precision, requiring minimal handholding while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Strategic Reporting: Keep leadership informed of pipeline status, forecasted revenue, and market trends without needing to be chased.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years in BD, commercial partnerships, or corporate sales with a track record of hitting targets
  • Background in lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, F&B, or experiential brands is a strong plus
  • Proven closer - you can point to deals you've sourced, structured, and signed
  • Self-directed and proactive - you take initiative and drive things forward independently
  • Commercially fluent - you understand margin, deal value, and what makes a partnership worth doing for both sides
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where good ideas get resourced quickly
