Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for acquiring new clients and conducting in-depth relationship maintenance for existing clients in Malaysia. Formulate and implement annual sales plans to ensure the completion of sales targets.
2. Develop localized marketing strategies and plans based on regional market characteristics, supervise the implementation of marketing initiatives, and conduct post-campaign effectiveness evaluations.
3. Coordinate and support local retailers and partners to ensure the efficient delivery of the company's marketing activities across the region.
4. Possess sharp market insight and provide valuable suggestions for product optimization and marketing strategy adjustment.
5. Collect frontline market intelligence including competitor dynamics and customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve after-sales service and product strategies.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development; experience in B2B or retail industry is preferred.
3. Familiarity with hardware, software or system integration in the retail industry is required.
4. Experience managing Key Account (KA) clients in the retail sector and a proven successful sales track record are preferred.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and strong rapport-building ability.
6. Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and work under pressure.
7. Experience in sales team management or project management is a plus.
8. Proficient in both English and Malay, capable of using both as working languages to communicate smoothly with local teams and clients.
