Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Johor. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within assigned regions, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, budgeting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation expertise, including experience in building client relationships and meeting revenue targets
• Strategic planning and leadership skills to manage sales teams and drive business growth
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Industry knowledge and technical understanding of pumping solutions are a plus
• Proficiency in preparing budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports
• Ability to work on-site in Johor and willingness to travel within the region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
