The Opportunity

If you're a builder at heart someone who thrives on creating impact, shaping markets, and driving growth from zero to one we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualifying to closing and onboarding
  • Build trusted relationships with HR and business decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise levels
  • Work independently to create and execute local go-to-market plans
  • Identify and develop channel and partner opportunities to expand reach
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on pipeline and messaging
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales goals

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B direct sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or Enterprise Software
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas in dynamic or early-stage environments
  • Experience working both independently and through partners/channels
  • Strategic, consultative selling style with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability in engaging C-level executives
  • Ability to converse in multiple languages will be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or above
