Your new role
- Oversee sales and business development efforts across Southeast Asia, driving market penetration and regional growth for the company's product portfolio.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in the SEA region, managing the full process from prospecting and screening to communication and final partner selection support.
- Support and manage existing channel partners by providing ongoing guidance, performance followup, and strategic direction to ensure achievement of regional targets.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their operational needs and longterm strategies, enabling the delivery of tailored and valuedriven solutions.
- Formulate and execute marketspecific growth plans that prioritise financial performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business expansion.
What you'll need to succeed
- Possesses 7-10 years of experience in sales and sales management within industries related to PVC heat stabilisers, PVC resins, and PVC additives.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in the PVC market at both regional and global levels, supported by extensive handson commercial experience.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline from a reputable institution; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Mandarin language proficiency or dialects is a MUST.
