Job Description

Our client is a MNC and provider of solutions and services in the water industry. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This role can be based anywhere in South-East Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting company&aposs solutions and products through various channels and events, ensuring a positive representation and increasing brand awareness.
  • Manage existing distribution channels
  • Identify new customers and markets
  • Identify expansion opportunities for profitable business growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to assess market potential and demand
  • Establish relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders in existing and new markets
  • Monitor and track market expansion initiatives and performance metrics
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to market expansion efforts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Report business opportunities to head office to follow up business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with the brand&aposs values and goals.
  • Educating potential customers about the brand&aposs mission, values, and products/services
  • Participating in marketing campaigns by appearing in advertisements, videos, and other promotional materials.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities and market trends to the brand&aposs management team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • More than 6 years of experience selling into the water industry (pumps / valves / water meters/ pipes / instrumentations etc)
  • Regional experience (SEA) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
