Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert on our sales process. You&aposll collect orders from the sales team, verify pricing, and accurately enter all information into our SAP system. You will be responsible for converting quotes into official sales orders and ensuring all details are perfect.
  • Act as the go-to administrative partner for our sales professionals. You&aposll help them stay on track by managing schedules, organizing documents, and sharing crucial information.
  • Provide top-notch after-sales support. You&aposll handle customer complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive experience that builds loyalty.
  • You&aposll play a critical role in the financial side of our operations, tracking payments and Letters of Credit (LCs) to ensure orders are released to the mill without delay.
  • Help us improve our processes. You&aposll monitor the team&aposs performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help us work smarter.

What We&aposre Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or operations role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with an ERP system like SAP.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a team&aposs success.
  • Good English & Chinese communication skills is a plus
