Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support SEM campaign execution and optimization within the region (Japan), focusing on keyword research, ad copy development, and bid strategy implementation.
Monitor daily performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Provide regular reporting and collaborate closely with regional managers and global teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Min 2 years experience in SEM or paid search operations.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Analytics 360, Microsoft Advertising, and analytics tools.
Strong data analysis skills using Excel and SQL are critical, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Attention to detail and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration are key.
Language proficiency in both Japanese and English as role will be supporting Japan and APAC markets.
