Regional senior sales manager for SEA DG)

For this role, the base can be in Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, or Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake the company's strategy in the SEA region, and responsible for the implementation of business strategy.(Singapore,the Philippines,Vietnam and Malaysia)
2. Manage the SEA team (sales/solutions/services/MKT).
3. Responsible for the overall strategic planning and regional operation of the SEA region, including but not limited to orders, shipments, revenue, profit and other operational indicators.
4. Responsible for compliance operations in the SEA region.
5. Responsible for cooperation with ecological partners in the SEA region.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 3 years of SEA photovoltaic or new energy work experience.
3. Experience in 0-1 team building and management, experience in SEA local staff management is preferred.
4. With excellent management skills and strong adaptability, high sense of responsibility.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
