Job Description

• Manage customer and distributor relationships across assigned export markets.
• Conduct bakery trials, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and application support to customers.
• Support product adaptation and recipe development for local market needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion activities.
• Develop and manage distributor partnerships across the region.
• Prepare sales forecasts, trip reports, market updates and account reviews.
• Travel extensively across Asia to support customers and business growth initiatives.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Regional Technical Sales Specialist Should Have

• Academic qualifications in Bakery, Pastry or a related culinary field.
• Background as a Baker, Pastry Chef, Bakery Technician or similar industry professional.
• Strong knowledge of bread, pastry, cakes, flour and bakery ingredients.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers and distributors.
• Commercially minded with excellent organizational, reporting and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel frequently across the region.
• Bakers and Pastry Chefs are highly encouraged to apply.
