Description

The Regional Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the Southeast Asia region. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives across the SEA region.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Administer and manage employee compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
• Analyze compensation trends and prepare reports to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals in the total rewards function.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in total rewards management or compensation and benefits roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, laws, and regulations in the SEA region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
