- Assist in developing and executing the Bank's regional treasury strategy end-to-end by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Assist in managing FX spot, forward, swap transactions in G10 and EM currencies within the region.
- Collaborate with various regional teams to identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Manage banking relationships regionally and establish counterparty lines, including overseeing the completion of relevant documentation for bank matters.
- Participate in regional treasury projects rollout and any other specific projects.
- Ideally 2 years of experience in trading desk/treasury experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Good knowledge of a wide range of treasury products and related operations.
- Possesses strong collaboration and consensus building mentality.
- Good problem resolution and communication skills.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems and automation tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Python and SQL (preferred).
