Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage valuation assignments, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Undertake corporate valuations, land advisory, and other regional valuation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Prepare, review, and submit valuation reports to the Securities Commission and other regulatory bodies in line with statutory requirements.

Provide strategic advisory services to clients on asset valuation, investment potential, and market outlook.

Guide, mentor, and supervise the valuation team to achieve performance excellence.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and industry partners.

Requirements

Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).

Bachelor's Degree in Valuation or a related discipline.

Minimum 6 years work experience, with proven track record in corporate and retail valuations.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead a team and manage complex assignments independently.

Familiar with regulatory compliance and submission processes, especially to the Securities Commission.

Well-versed in the property market, particularly in the Klang Valley region.

Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.

Resourceful, committed, and proactive in business development.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
