Ansell is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Change Specialist to join our team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia!
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, leading, and implementing regulatory-driven changes across the organization in response to upcoming and evolving regulations. This role ensures timely, compliant, and effective execution of regulatory changes impacting products, processes, systems, and operations. The role acts as a central point of coordination for change implementation related to, but not limited to, packaging updates, implementation of new or revised testing requirements, and the introduction of new IT tools or systems required to support regulatory compliance. The Regulatory Affairs Change Specialist works in close collaboration with the Global Certification & Compliance team, Business Units, Regional teams, Quality, and Operations to ensure changes are understood, planned, and successfully executed across all relevant stakeholders.

What your role will be
Regulatory Change Execution
- Drive the end‑to‑end implementation of regulatory changes as defined and provided by the Global Advocacy and Regulatory Intelligence Team.
- Translate regulatory change requirements into structured execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the owner of regulatory change initiatives, ensuring changes are implemented consistently and on time.
Project Coordination & Change Management
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities to implement regulatory changes impacting:
- Packaging updates
- New or revised testing requirements
- Introduction or modification of IT tools and systems
- Operational or quality‑related processes
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues related to regulatory change execution.
- Ensure change activities are aligned across multiple projects and initiatives.
Cross‑Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Business Units, Regions, Quality, Operations, and IT to drive execution.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, working sessions, and follow‑ups to ensure accountability and progress.
- Support OPS, regions and BUs in implementing changes locally in line with global direction.
Governance, Communication & Reporting
- Serve as a single point of coordination for regulatory change programs.
- Provide clear status updates, dashboards, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely communication of change timelines, impacts, and required actions to impacted teams.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all regulatory-driven changes are implemented in alignment with internal quality systems and procedures.
- Coordinate the creation, update, and tracking of implementation documentation and evidence to support teh Global Certification and Compliance Team with Regulatory audit and inspection by ensuring traceability of executed changes, when required.
What will you bring to Ansell
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, regulatory, quality, or related field.
- Experience in project coordination, change management, or regulatory operations within a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and complex initiatives.
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive execution without owning regulatory interpretation.
- Strong project coordination and execution focus
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and delivery‑driven
- Clear communicator with strong follow‑up discipline
- Comfortable operating in a matrix, global environment
- Able to manage multiple regulatory change initiatives in parallel
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated environment within a global organization.
