Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our team and support regulatory operations for cosmetic products in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Cosmetics E-Notification (NPRA)

  1. Create E-Not forms in Quest 3.
  2. Process payments for NPRA vouchers.
  3. Download NOT certificates and coordinate distribution to internal teams for import clearance.
  4. Manage end-to-end cosmetics e-notification processes with NPRA.

Regulatory Review & Compliance

  1. Review product artworks for compliance with cosmetics labelling guidelines.
  2. Review QQIL dossiers for compliance with relevant Annexes in the ACD.
  3. Assess on-pack claims to ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Prepare regulatory labels for products with non-English artworks.

Documentation & Coordination

  1. Maintain and update the Product Registration Master Database.
  2. Manage registration renewals in coordination with business units.
  3. Liaise with principal stakeholders to compile comprehensive registration dossiers.

Requirements

  1. Strong command of spoken and written English.
  2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel - Intermediate) and Adobe Acrobat.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in Science, preferably with a major in Chemistry.
  4. 1-2 years of experience in cosmetics notification within Malaysia.
  5. Experience with Quest 3 is mandatory (candidates without it will not be considered).
  6. Good understanding of the ACD Guideline and ability to interpret its requirements.

Added Advantages

  1. Experience working with regulatory databases or data-processing software.
  2. Advanced-level proficiency in Excel and Access.
