We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our team and support regulatory operations for cosmetic products in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Cosmetics E-Notification (NPRA)
- Create E-Not forms in Quest 3.
- Process payments for NPRA vouchers.
- Download NOT certificates and coordinate distribution to internal teams for import clearance.
- Manage end-to-end cosmetics e-notification processes with NPRA.
Regulatory Review & Compliance
- Review product artworks for compliance with cosmetics labelling guidelines.
- Review QQIL dossiers for compliance with relevant Annexes in the ACD.
- Assess on-pack claims to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare regulatory labels for products with non-English artworks.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain and update the Product Registration Master Database.
- Manage registration renewals in coordination with business units.
- Liaise with principal stakeholders to compile comprehensive registration dossiers.
Requirements
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel - Intermediate) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, preferably with a major in Chemistry.
- 1-2 years of experience in cosmetics notification within Malaysia.
- Experience with Quest 3 is mandatory (candidates without it will not be considered).
- Good understanding of the ACD Guideline and ability to interpret its requirements.

- Experience working with regulatory databases or data-processing software.
- Advanced-level proficiency in Excel and Access.
