JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, or related healthcare field
- Valid practicing license (if required by regulatory body)
- Certification in healthcare or rehabilitation management is an advantage
- Minimum 58 years of clinical rehabilitation experience
- At least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation programs and therapy standards
- Good understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Budgeting and resource planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management systems
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Oversee daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department
- Lead and supervise physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation staff
- Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality
- Monitor patient outcomes and departmental performance
- Manage department budget, equipment, and resources
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Prepare reports for management and participate in strategic planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department
