Maintain and deepen relationships with a core portfolio of at least 30 Middle Market/SME clients.
Actively drive primary sales through the acquisition of new Middle Market/SME customers and by expanding lending to existing clients.
Conduct account planning in collaboration with product specialists to identify target customers and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
Monitor overall customer experience and proactively pre-empt or address any process lapses or turnaround time (TAT) delays.
Ensure customers meet basic credit requirements and maintain new Non-Performing Loans (NPL) within the approved budget.
Provide qualitative credit assessments for each credit application.
Work closely with Account Managers to prepare and submit credit proposals.
Vet, sign, and deliver Letters of Offer.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in credit, with exposure to credit risk management and commercial banking, including credit processing, evaluation, and appraisal.
Strong credit writing and analytical skills.
