Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Georgetown. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing financial advice, and tailoring banking products and solutions to meet clients needs. This role involves identifying opportunities for business growth, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and actively collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Engagement
  • Strong proficiency in Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Knowledge of Banking Products, Wealth Management, and Financial Services
  • Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous
