Key Responsibilities and Role Details
Client Management:
- Proactively managing and developing effective client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Penetrate potential business from the public bodies including the state corporations to grow Islamic banking products and services in East Coast Region (ECR).
- Maintain and enhance existing public bodies relationship.
Business Growth:
- Identifying, acquiring, and growing new business relationships, including increasing CASA (Current Account Savings Account) balances.
- Leverage 3rd party payment and collection enablers to cross sell our cash management products and services.
- Explore for new business including by way of:
- Close collaboration between AmBank Islamic and Business Banking Kuantan for deposits business.
- Collaborate with the various commercial and SME associations for potential new customers
Product Offering:
- Promoting and deepening penetration of various banking products and services, such as credit solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in banking, particularly Business Banking / Islamic Banking
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, sales, and analytical skills are essential for structuring, negotiating, and managing complex credit relationships.
- Target-Driven: The role is performance-oriented, involving meeting sales targets and managing high-pressure situations.
