Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and maximizing existing business by promoting, marketing and structuring financing products that suits customer financing requirements as well as cross selling other products and/ or services available at MBSB.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to achieve departmental and individual KPIs
  • Maintain high quality of account portfolio and to increase SME and Commercial Portfolio growth.
  • Prepare, evaluate and review credit proposal paper to ensure high quality standard to be presented to the respective approving authority for approval i.e. MICC, BICC, BOARD, ect.
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs and requirements
  • Carry out other duties as reasonable required by the Management
  • To ensure the Annual Review and Interim Review are carried on a timely basis.
  • To improve MBSB Banks Non-Performing Financing, Impairments and provisioning within the Commercial and SME clientele segment.
  • To promote SME program and Government/BNM fund program to the customers to increase the portfolio growth for SME segment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field Years & Nature of Experience

Experience

  • Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in local/ foreign bank
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of assigned projects
  • Ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail
