Develop new business and maximizing existing business by promoting, marketing and structuring financing products that suits customer financing requirements as well as cross selling other products and/ or services available at MBSB.
Design and implement a strategic business plan to achieve departmental and individual KPIs
Maintain high quality of account portfolio and to increase SME and Commercial Portfolio growth.
Prepare, evaluate and review credit proposal paper to ensure high quality standard to be presented to the respective approving authority for approval i.e. MICC, BICC, BOARD, ect.
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs and requirements
Carry out other duties as reasonable required by the Management
To ensure the Annual Review and Interim Review are carried on a timely basis.
To improve MBSB Banks Non-Performing Financing, Impairments and provisioning within the Commercial and SME clientele segment.
To promote SME program and Government/BNM fund program to the customers to increase the portfolio growth for SME segment.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field Years & Nature of Experience
Experience
Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in local/ foreign bank
Ability to work independently on a variety of assigned projects
Ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail
