Relationship Manager (Dealer Network)

Klang Valley, Malaysia

Mobee Cars is scaling.

We are building one of Malaysia's fastest-growing used car dealer ecosystems, powered by technology, inspection transparency, and a nationwide buyer network.

As we expand our dealer network, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to lead and grow our dealer partnerships across Malaysia.

This is not a typical sales role.

This is a network-building, performance-driving, ecosystem role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with our used car dealers
  • Expand and onboard high-quality dealers into our network
  • Drive monthly transaction volume and margin targets
  • Ensure strong dealer participation in our digital auction system
  • Work closely with Supply & Operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor dealer payment performance and risk

Your success directly impacts Mobee's growth trajectory in Malaysia.

Who We're Looking For

You likely have:

  • 25 years experience in used car industry / automotive / B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations (Klang Valley preferred)
  • Confidence in negotiation and relationship management
  • Performance-driven mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • If you do not have any experience, an on the job training will be provided
