Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

JOB PURPOSE:

• To originate, develop and cross-sell business in compliance with the bank's strategy and within the regulatory and risk parameters.
• To efficiently manage the bank's existing corporate assets portfolio.

EXPERIENCE and PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• At least 10-15 years of relevant banking experience, with knowledge of bilateral & syndication loans, trade, LBO, structured finance, asset backed financed and/or project finance. Specific Industry knowledge in certain sectors would be advantageous (Real Estate, Food & Agri, Energy/Resources/Utilities, Consumer/Healthcare, Transport & Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Financial Sponsors/Private Equity).
• Familiar with KYC / AML / Sanctions requirements and processes.
• Proven track record in developing bilateral client relationships and serving client needs.
• To enhance long term relationship returns by cross-selling the Bank's regional platform and product capabilities.
• Handling mid-tier to large corporates.Key accountabilities include origination and portfolio management (profitability and credit quality).
• Responsible for the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion. Tasks include evaluating new accounts and credit assessment, structuring credit facilities, loan documentation, facility activation and post lending monitoring.
