Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Batu Pahat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with individual and corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking and investment solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a strong rapport with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. Effective collaboration with internal teams to meet financial objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements will also be key aspects of the role.
