Salt is partnering with a leading regional bank to hire experienced Relationship Managers for its growing Privilege Banking team in Singapore.
This opportunity is ideal for Malaysia banking professionals who enjoy building customer relationships, providing wealth solutions and growing an affluent customer portfolio who are open to relocate to Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with Privilege Banking customers
- Understand customers financial goals and recommend suitable wealth solutions
- Grow assets under management and identify sales opportunities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Achieve individual revenue and customer engagement targets
- Ensure all customer activities comply with AML and banking requirements
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Existing experience as a Relationship Manager within Privilege Banking
- Experience managing customers with a minimum AUM of RM1 million
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and financial sales
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of wealth management solutions
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Client-focused, adaptable and willing to learn
- Willing to relocate to Singapore
- Able to complete the required Singapore banking certifications
Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage but not mandatory.
