Release Manager (L3 Support)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Release Manager to join our Digital Banking L3 Support team. The role is responsible for coordinating and managing release planning, ensuring smooth deployment across retail and wholesale banking platforms, and supporting the end-to-end release lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases for Digital Banking applications.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful deployments.

Oversee release readiness reviews, risk assessments, and compliance with governance processes.

Manage L3 production release activities, including deployment execution and post-release validation.

Maintain and communicate release calendars, status reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within release management.

Ensure release planning is aligned with retail and wholesale banking requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

Domain/Product: Digital Banking (Retail & Wholesale)

Databases: Oracle

Operating Systems: HPUX, Linux, Solaris

Good-to-have Technical Skills:

o Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JSP

o JavaScript, React, CSS, XML, SQL

o Unix Scripting, Automation, CI/CD tools, DevOps practices

o Camel (CXF), AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, Web Content Management (WCM), WebLogic Portal

Other Requirements:

o Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

o Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
