Release Manager

TheRelease Managerwill govern and coordinate the end-to-endreleaselifecycle, ensuring compliance, readiness, and traceability from development through production. This role is critical formaintainingoperational stability and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Release Planning:Define scope, timelines, andmaintainthe release calendar.

• Readiness & Governance:Validaterelease notes, rollback strategies, and mandatory controls.

• Coordination:Act as thecentral pointforreleaseactivities across teams.

• Risk Management:Document and escalate risks, dependencies, and exceptions.

• Deployment Oversight:Ensure traceability and compliance during deployments.

• Post-Release Assurance:Conduct reviews and embed lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master'spreferred).

• Strong understanding of release governance and SDLC compliance.

• Experience managing complex releases in regulated environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• ITIL v3/v4 certification.

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (GCP).
