Our Client, a leading industrial gas company, seeks an experienced Reliability Manager to spearhead maintenance and reliability initiatives at large-scale operation site.
Job Summary:
Develop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure asset safety, reliability, and efficiency. Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve continuous improvements and reduce downtime costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Equipment Maintenance and Reliability Management
- Implement enterprise asset management system
- Manage daily maintenance, budget, and resources
- Oversee factory overhaul, technical improvements, and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain maintenance data and standards
Risk Management and Plant Reliability Improvement
- Identify and mitigate reliability risks
- Lead contingency planning and risk reviews
- Implement spare parts and warehouse management standards
- Drive cost reduction and reliability improvement projects
People Development
- Provide strategic direction and professional development for the team
- Define performance criteria and training initiatives
- Recruit and develop local talents
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical or related)
- 10+ years of experience in ASU maintenance/process systems
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Familiarity with ASU operations, SAP, and safety systems
Skills:
- Strong planning, organization, and time management
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Business proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese clients
