Job Description

Our Client, a leading industrial gas company, seeks an experienced Reliability Manager to spearhead maintenance and reliability initiatives at large-scale operation site.

Job Summary:

Develop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure asset safety, reliability, and efficiency. Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve continuous improvements and reduce downtime costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Equipment Maintenance and Reliability Management

  • Implement enterprise asset management system
  • Manage daily maintenance, budget, and resources
  • Oversee factory overhaul, technical improvements, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain maintenance data and standards

Risk Management and Plant Reliability Improvement

  • Identify and mitigate reliability risks
  • Lead contingency planning and risk reviews
  • Implement spare parts and warehouse management standards
  • Drive cost reduction and reliability improvement projects

People Development

  • Provide strategic direction and professional development for the team
  • Define performance criteria and training initiatives
  • Recruit and develop local talents

Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical or related)
  • 10+ years of experience in ASU maintenance/process systems
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Familiarity with ASU operations, SAP, and safety systems

Skills:

  • Strong planning, organization, and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Business proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese clients
