Coordinates software and application deployments into various environments.
Monitors and supports production environment
Supports escalated issues from front-line technicians.
Analyzes system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency to address the fast-evolving infrastructure.
Develops tools and automation to improve workflows and processes.
Manages access provisioning and enforce security best practices.
Supports all Company initiatives, policies, operating procedures, processes.
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Must be able to juggle priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Work can be routine and challenging both at the same time.
This position requires physical presence at workplace.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with working experience with at least 1-2 years working experience is a plus, especially in SRE environment and familiar with database, operating systems or middleware systems.
Good understanding of software programming, database knowledge, networking concepts, and cloud centric architectures & microservices provides an advantage.
Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills, in order to work closely with US and EU team and a sense of ownership and drive.
Ability to handle multiple assignment and perform in a diverse cross-functional team environment
