In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing L2/L3 support to finance and accounting users, ensuring the operational efficiency of Oracle NetSuite implementations. Your expertise will directly impact the customer experience by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues while delivering enhancements to streamline financial processes. Collaborating with accounting teams, you will help maintain compliance with US GAAP and assist in financial reporting activities. Accountabilities
- Provide L2/L3 NetSuite support for finance and accounting users
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects
- Deliver NetSuite enhancements and configurations (workflows, saved searches, forms, fields)
- Support core financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition
- Partner with accounting teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Assist with month-end close, reporting, audits, and system upgrades
- Gather requirements and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience
- Strong functional accounting knowledge (US GAAP)
- Experience supporting NetSuite financial modules
- NetSuite configuration experience (workflows, saved searches, custom records)
- Ability to independently handle support tickets, defect fixes, and enhancements
- Strong communication skills
