Reporting Analyst for Logistics and Finance - Mandarin Speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with multiple courier and logistics service providers

• Reconcile courier bills and verify charges against internal records

• Follow up on discrepancies, billing issues and payment matters

• Ensure courier/service payments are processed accurately and on time

• Work with high-volume logistics data and transactions

• Support logistics backend processes including oversize shipments, measurements, relabelling, barcodes and cross-border deliveries

• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations is preferred

• Diploma holder and above

• Strong Excel and data-handling skills

• Good understanding of logistics processes and shipment movements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume data
