Our Requirements ALM platform supports traceability, testing, risk management, and compliance for customers in aerospace, automotive, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, and other regulated industries.

About the Role

We're looking for a Requirements Management & ALM Consultant to help customers implement and get lasting value from Visure's platform. You'll work directly with engineering teams to understand their processes, configure solutions, deliver training, and guide them through evaluations and deployments.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who combines technical knowledge of requirements management with clear communication and the ability to own consulting projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer workshops to understand requirements, traceability, testing, and compliance workflows.
• Configure Visure projects, templates, attributes, workflows, traceability, and reports to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through evaluations, onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Support integrations with tools such as Jira, IBM DOORS, and Azure DevOps, working with our technical teams when needed.
• Deliver training and create clear customer documentation.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve them.
• Manage your consulting activities and communicate progress, risks, and next steps to customers and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering, systems engineering, or ALM consulting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one requirements or ALM platform, such as Visure, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, Polarion, Codebeamer, or Helix RM.
• Experience configuring or implementing software solutions and working directly with customers or internal engineering stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of requirements management, traceability, change management, and verification and validation.
• Professional fluency in English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Visure Requirements ALM.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with a relevant standard or framework, such as ISO 26262, DO-178C, ARP4754A, IEC 62304, ASPICE, or INCOSE practices.
• Experience with tool integrations, APIs, data migration, or Python scripting.
• Additional languages relevant to customers in Europe or APAC.
