Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on Singapore's residential and commercial property markets
Analyse property trends, transaction activity, pricing, rental rates, supply and demand, and market cycles
Monitor economic indicators, interest rates, mortgage trends, government policies, and regulatory changes affecting the property sector
Gather, analyse, and interpret data from industry reports, government sources, news, and other reliable sources
Produce market reports, research articles, presentations, and analytical content on real estate and related economic topics
Provide timely analysis and commentary on major property market developments, policies, and industry news
Assist with preparing media commentary and responses for property-related topics
Prepare presentation decks and data-driven materials for senior management and stakeholders
Work with creative and internal teams to ensure research content and supporting visuals are accurate and engaging
Maintain and update databases containing property market data, research findings, and industry information
Perform ad hoc research and writing assignments as required
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, property, property research, market research, construction, economics, finance, or related fields
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property, Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines preferred
Strong understanding of the Singapore property market
Knowledge of real estate economics, property valuation, market trends, and investment concepts
Strong research, analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills
Comfortable working with data, reports, and market information
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
