Role Description

As a Research and Development Engineer, you will play a vital role in conducting in-depth research and designing innovative solutions for green energy technologies. Your responsibilities include performing testing activities, developing new products and technologies, and contributing to the progress of ongoing R&D projects. This is a full-time, on-site position located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, where you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve industry-leading solutions in the energy economy sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting extensive Research.
  • Proficiency in Testing and Product Development processes.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to solve complex challenges and ensure robust and innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge in the green energy economy, including Solar PV, EV, ESS, and Hydrogen Energy, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work on interdisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and simulation software is advantageous.
