Summary

You will be responsible for handling all guest inquiries, booking requests, and reservation modifications efficiently and courteously. This role ensures a smooth reservation experience while maximizing room sales and contributing to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
. Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera or similar).
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
. High attention to detail and organizational ability.
. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
. Proficiency in English and other languages (optional but an advantage).
