Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Architect located in Kepala Batas. The Resident Architect will oversee architectural design processes, manage project execution, and ensure construction aligns with design intent and standards. Responsibilities include working with project teams, coordinating drawings and plans, conducting on-site inspections, addressing design challenges, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong eye for detail and innovation.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration to utilize relevant tools for design and project coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Professional degree in Architecture or a related field and registration with a recognized architectural body.
- Experience with local building codes, construction regulations, and on-site project management is an advantage.
